Hetvik Apps ("we", "us", "our") builds Android applications, including ExpenseNest. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps collect, how it's used, and the third-party services we rely on. We're committed to collecting only what's needed and being transparent about the rest.

By downloading or using our apps, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please discontinue use of the apps.

2 Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details such as your email address when you sign in.
• Content you enter into the app, such as expense records in ExpenseNest.
• Messages you send us for support or feedback.

Information collected automatically

• Device information (model, operating system version, language).
• App usage data and interaction events.
• Crash logs and diagnostic information.
• Advertising identifiers used to serve and measure ads.

3 How we use your information

4 Firebase Authentication

Our apps use Firebase Authentication (a Google service) to let you securely create an account and sign in. When you authenticate, Firebase may process your email address and a unique user identifier to manage your session and keep your account secure.

5 Google AdMob

Some of our apps display advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data — including your device's advertising identifier — to serve, personalize and measure ads. This helps keep our apps free to use.

• You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device's Google settings.
• Where required, we request appropriate consent before serving personalized ads.

6 Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how people use our apps — for example, which features are popular and where users experience friction. This data is aggregated and helps us prioritize improvements.

Analytics may collect app usage events, device information and approximate, non-precise usage patterns. It is not used to personally identify you outside the app's normal operation.

7 Firebase Crashlytics

To keep our apps stable, we use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic information when something goes wrong. These reports may include device state, operating system version and a stack trace describing the error.

Crash data helps us identify and fix issues quickly. It is used solely to improve app reliability.

8 Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the trusted service providers described above (Google / Firebase) so our apps can function, and only as needed. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

9 Data security

We use industry-standard measures, including secure authentication and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

10 Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll remove it.

11 Your rights & choices

• Access, update or delete your account data by contacting us.
• Opt out of personalized ads via your device settings.
• Request deletion of your information at any time.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the revised policy.
