1 Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using any application or website provided by Hetvik Apps ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or website.

2 Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. All rights not expressly granted remain with Hetvik Apps.

3 Acceptable use

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our apps.
• Use our apps for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the apps, servers or networks.
• Copy, modify or distribute our apps without permission.

4 Accounts

Some features require an account created through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5 Intellectual property

All content, branding, designs, logos and software associated with our apps and website are owned by Hetvik Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

6 Third-party services

Our apps use third-party services including Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics) and Google AdMob. Your use of these services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7 Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hetvik Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps.

9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Hetvik Apps operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
